- API Keys: Third-party API keys you choose to store (stored locally only)

- We do NOT track your browsing history

1.3 Automatically Collected Information
When using the web interface:
- Basic server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL) for security purposes
- These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days
2. How We Use Your Information
Birth data you enter is used ONLY to:
- Calculate astrological charts
- Generate AI interpretations (if you request them)
- Save charts locally in your browser (if you choose)
We do NOT:
- Store your birth data on our servers
- Share your birth data with third parties
- Use your data for marketing purposes
3. Data Storage
3.1 Local Storage
- Chart data is stored in your browser's localStorage
- API keys are stored in your browser's localStorage
- You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings
3.2 Server-Side
- We do not maintain a database of user charts
- No user accounts are required
- No birth data is retained after your session ends
4. Third-Party AI Services
When you use AI interpretation features, your chart data is sent to the AI provider you select:

5. Your Rights
5.1 For All Users
You have the right to:
- Access your data (stored locally in your browser)
- Delete your data (clear browser storage)
- Not use AI features (calculations work without AI)
5.2 European Economic Area (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA, you have additional rights including Right to Access, Rectification, Erasure, Portability, and Right to Object. Since we don't store your data on our servers, most of these rights are satisfied by default.
5.3 California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, delete it, opt-out of sales, and non-discrimination. We do NOT sell personal information.
6. Children's Privacy
Stellaris-13 is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
7. Security
We implement reasonable security measures: HTTPS encryption, no server-side storage of personal data, and local storage encryption where supported. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
